Pre-booking online
Choose a Q-Park car park online and select the date you want to start parking. Select your chosen parking product, enter your number plate and pay using your preferred payment method. When you drive up to the barrier it will open automatically as your number plate is recognised. You don’t have to do anything.
Please note: There may be a queue at busy times as you will be using the same entrance as drivers without a pre-booked parking place. The advantage is that you are guaranteed a parking space – even if it says that the facility is ‘full’.

À la carte
With Q-Park’s À la carte you decide when and for how long you park your car with us. Select one of our car parks and indicate when you plan to arrive and leave again. Select one of our car parks and indicate when you plan to arrive and leave again. Q-Park will then keep a space for you in your chosen car park! Perfect for a short trip or an appointment!
Night out
Going out for dinner, a concert or the theatre? With Q-Park’s Night out, you can park on selected days during the week from 18:00 to 3:00 at walking distance from the best restaurants, cafes, bars, theatres and other night life hotspots.
Weekend away
Planning a weekend away? Then don’t spend more on parking than necessary. You’ll be pleased to know you can park your car at a preferential parking tariff in the immediate vicinity. Our car parks are easy to find and are located at walking distance from well-known hotels, restaurants and bars, night life, shops, and other attractions.
Day out
Day out shopping or soaking up culture? With Q-Park's Day out you can park your car for the whole day in one of our car parks. You decide when you want to arrive and leave again, so you can enjoy a relaxed day out!
Midweek
Are you working at a different location for a week or treating yourself to a midweek city break? Then the Q-Park Midweek is the perfect ticket for you! For a low fixed price, you can park from Monday to Friday in your chosen car park whenever you want and you can drive in and out as often as you wish.
Week
Going away for a whole week? You’ll be happy to know that you can take your car and leave it one of our car parks. You can park your car at a preferential parking tariff for a whole week and drive in and out as often as you wish!
Event
A special parking tariff applies to certain events. Got tickets for the theatre, opera or a festival? Then pre-book your parking space through Q-Park’s Event parking and benefit from the preferential parking tariffs.

How does driving in and out of the car park work with number plate recognition?
When you pre-book your parking space, you enter your vehicle number plate. When you drive up to the car park barrier to enter or leave, our system recognises your number plate and opens the barrier for you. That’s all there is to it. You don’t have to do anything else.

Can I access the car park before my pre-booked time?
No, unfortunately, you cannot enter the car park earlier.

Can I drive in and out of the car park as often as I wish?
Yes, if you have pre-booked your parking space, you can drive in and out of the car park as often as you wish until the end of your time slot.

Can I combine multiple pre-bookings?
No, it’s not possible to combine pre-bookings which overlap or start as soon as a previous pre-booking ends. Each pre-booking is recognised independently and your total parking time is tallied against the pre-booking you used to enter the car park.

Can I always park in the same space in the car park?
There will always be a space available for you. However, we cannot keep a particular parking space vacant just for you.

Can I change the vehicle number plate for my pre-booking?
Yes, you can easily change your vehicle number plate up to 1 hour before your arrival time, using the link in the confirmation e-mail. Click ‘Change my vehicle number plate’ in the confirmation e-mail you have received.

Will there definitely be a parking space available for me?
Yes, if you pre-book online you can be certain that a parking space will be available for you when you arrive.

Can I change my pre-booking?
You cannot amend a pre-booking, but you can cancel it by clicking on the cancellation link in the confirmation e-mail. You can then make a new pre-booking with the new details.

Is it possible to reserve a parking space several months in advance?
Yes, you can pre-book your parking space up to 365 days before the date of your arrival.

Is it possible to choose a specific parking space in a car park?
We do not allocate numbered spaces. You can park in any space you want in the car park.

Is it possible to pay for parking when I leave the car park?
No. Because you pre-booked your parking space, you paid for your parking online before you arrived at the car park.

Can I cancel my pre-booking?
Yes, there is a link at the bottom of your pre-booking confirmation e-mail to use if you need to cancel your booking. You can cancel your pre-booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your pre-booking. If you selected cancellation insurance when you pre-booked, you can cancel up to one hour before the start time of your pre-booking.

Can I pre-book a parking space for a motorbike, van, lorry or camper van?
No. Pre-booking is only available for light vehicles

Can I leave the car park after my booked time?
Yes, you may stay parked for longer than the scheduled end time of your booking. In that case, we will charge you for the extra parking time at the regular rate for that specific car park. We will charge you using the same payment method you used for your pre-booking.

Can I leave before the end of my pre-booked time?
Yes, however, there is no refund available for the unused parking time.

If I have a problem at the car park, who can I contact?
If you have a problem at the car park, you can contact a parking host at any time using the call buttons (intercom) located on the entry and exit barriers and on the payment machines.

Is there a special entrance for customers who have pre-booked online?
No. You access the car park in the same way as other customers, but because you have pre-booked, even if the sign indicates the car park is full, your parking space is guaranteed. At certain times, large numbers of visitors arrive at a car park at more or less the same time, so please allow enough time to actually reach the entrance barrier. Q-Park cannot be held responsible for any time you spend waiting to reach the entrance barrier.
